幻音之選 - Mazzy Star & Hope Sandoval

筆者是Mazzy Star的樂迷。愛沉迷於Hope Sandoval的迷離嗓子、David Roback的浮游結他。縱使Mazzy解散了、Sandoval小姐低調地單飛，仍對他們不離不棄，將樂隊的三隻大碟、Sandoval的個人專集，還有Roback與Dean Wareham(Galaxie 500)合作的《Clean:OST》(張曼玉主演主唱)反覆的細聽。


Mazzy與Sandoval的主打派台歌固然耐聽，其實筆者也十分喜歡碟中其他個別歌曲。如《Among My Swan》中的《Take Everything》，以及《Bavarian Fruit Bread》中的《Charlotte》。愛上兩首曲因其結他聲：前者結尾部分連綿不絕，似是欲斷難斷的感情；後者的鋼線結他聲清晰而動人，訴說著一個傻女孩的故事。聽著聽著，人亦彷佛身處故事情景之中……
